In this two-hour workshop you will learn how to use some of Forrest Yoga’s basic moves to find the strength, grounding and relaxation needed to support yourself at this stressful time of year. We’ll examine the anatomy of these moves using yoga bodywork, then incorporate them into a delicious asana practice followed by a guided meditation.
