Legs, Bums & Tums 90 Min Yoga Course

60 mins of a Vinyasa Flow + Static postures that specifically target and tone the lower body, followed by 30 mins of floor Core!  Suitable for all levels, as all modifications will be given for each pose. Come join the fun or come and silently curse at me, either way we'll be strengthening those hard-to-tone areas.
