      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>At Hot House we strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, safe space for everyone to come and practise. Hot House Yoga was first opened in August 2015 by Sarah who came to St Andrews and followed her dream of having her own yoga studio. In 2018, Sarah was ready to move on - pursuing travel and teaching abroad - and Keryn happily took over the business. Keryn began her yoga journey at Hot House Yoga and was inspired to complete yoga teacher training after falling in love with the practise and the studio. At Hot House Yoga, we strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, safe space for everyone to come and practise with us, no matter how much experience they have with yoga practise. Everyone's yoga journey is personal to them and at Hot House Yoga we strive to create classes which are accessible but still challenging with focus on alignment and breath work, with classes ranging from high energy Power yoga to deep, slow stretching with Yin Yoga and guided meditation. Our studio is a place to sweat, stretch, breathe and laugh together as a community while bringing some balance to our busy lives.</image:caption>
