Hot House Yoga St. Andrews offers a variety of different yoga classes which are designed to suit all levels.  With focus on the breath, each class is a total body workout as well as a great way to reduce stress and improve sleep.  Practising in the heat comes with many benefits from detoxifying the body through sweating to losing weight as well as allowing the muscles to stretch further allowing you to go deeper into postures.  Everyone's practise is personal to them, all bodies are unique and we have a great community of clients of all age ranges, ability and reasons for joining.

With superior instruction at HHY you'll be able to lengthen & tone your body while improving your flexibility and balance.  No previous experience is necessary and classes are suitable for all levels. We are open 7 days a week:  choose from hatha yoga, hot yoga, power yoga, yin yoga and yoga with weights...see you on the mat! Keryn x
