Keryn Hot House Yoga

Keryn

Having spent 12 years in Glasgow working in music venues in the city, Keryn returned home to Fife in 2016 in order to be closer to family and find a better work/life balance.

Keryn began her yoga journey as a client at Hot House Yoga to help manage anxiety and after falling in love with the practise, completed her 200hr qualification in Thailand in 2017 and quickly began teaching regular classes at Hot House Yoga.

When the opportunity arose to take over the business in 2018, she jumped at the chance and has never looked back!  Having completed further training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga Adjustments, Anatomy and Yoga Trapeze; Keryn teaches a wide variety of classes at the studio and firmly believes in the benefits Yoga practise for our mental health and wellbeing.
