CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be issued unless classes or workshops are cancelled by the studio at the last minute.  We operate a 2 hour cancellation policy for class bookings, if you fail to cancel your space and do not attend, credit will be taken.  If studio classes are cancelled due to COVID-19, existing memberships will be valid for online classes and cannot be refunded.  It is the clients responsibility to manage memberships - if you need to cancel a recurring membership, please contact the studio and we will sort this for you.  Payments for unused memberships set up by the client cannot be refunded.

STUDIO POLICY

Hot House Yoga and its instructors reserve the right to refuse entry to the studio.

Hot House Yoga reserve the right to amend class timetable or instructors if necessary.  If classes need to be cancelled due to circumstances out with our control, the studio will contact clients at the earliest possible opportunity and will refund payment or credit to the clients account.

Clients must provide correct and up to date contact information on their client account.

Clients must arrive on time and ready for class starting - latecomers will not be admitted.

The use of cameras and recording equipment and mobile phones is strictly forbidden. Please ensure mobile phones are on silent while in the studio.

It is the clients responsibility to manage their memberships, refunds cannot be issued for recurring memberships set up by the client.  If the client cannot cancel the membership, they must contact the studio to do it for them.

Hot House Yoga operates a 2 hour cancellation policy for class bookings, credit will be taken for cancellation out with that time or for no-show to class.

If the studio has to close as a result of COVID-19, all memberships will be valid for online classes.  It is the clients responsibility to cancel memberships they do not wish to use.

Clients must comply with COVID-19 guidelines within the studio and within Slotline House.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hot House Yoga reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio. 

Bookings are made subject to the studio's right to alter the programme or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control. 

If the class, workshop, course or event has to be interrupted or abandoned, no money will be refunded if more than half of it has taken place.

Clients must arrive on time and ready for class starting - latecomers will not be admitted.

Clients must ensure that contact information is correct and up to date on their client account.

No refunds will be issued unless Hot House Yoga must the cancel a class or workshop at the last minute. If you have booked a class and do not show up, this payment will still be processed.  Failure to attend a prepaid class or workshop will not be refunded. 

Gift vouchers expire after 6 months of purchase date, no exceptions will be made to accept after this time. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 

Cancellations made within 2 hours of class starting will lose the associated class credit.  

Membership credits not used by the expiry date will expire and cannot be carried over to the next month.  

Memberships begin from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded once the membership is in use.  

It is the clients responsibility to manage their membership, any cancellations should be requested at least 2 weeks before the membership is due to renew.

If the studio has to close as a result of COVID-19, all memberships will be valid for online classes.  It is the clients responsibility to cancel memberships they do not wish to use.
